Can We say thank you so much for making our dream ring a reality! I can’t believe how amazing it is!
This weeks unique 'Ring of the Week' project features romance, heart shaped stones and a Parisian proposal. Our client requested a ring that had emphasized impact, sparkle and romance but would retain a timeless and classic elegance. The client approached us with a specific stone design in mind; it was always going to be a heart shaped diamond but the client allowed for some flexibility on additional stone setting and detailing. We explored the idea of having a halo and plain shoulders and a halo with diamond shoulders but we were conscientious of creating a balanced, well proportioned design as this was for a very small 'K' finger size. Collectively, we decided to go with a simplistic three prong, basket set, centre stone with channel set diamond shoulders. The beautiful platinum mount holds a 0.40 ct, E, VS2 heart shaped diamond. The diamond sits elegantly on the bridge with enough height to highlight the unique shape and size without being ostentatious and the diamond shoulders meet the gallery rail seamlessly.
