From the start of this journey I have had an exceptional experience. I was designing a bespoke engagement ring for my now fiancé with Jordan Robins. Jordan's professionalism, creativity and easy manner made the whole design process very easy. He listened to what my vision was and stayed true to it, whilst helping improve it in parts. All costs were totally transparent which I also liked. It was obvious that I wasn't being sold anything inappropriate to my needs. The ring arrived promptly and my partner absolutely loves it. The final stage when receiving the lovely ring book was also excellent. All in all I'd highly recommend this service. Especially if you want something completely personal to you.
