I had a great experience using Durham Rose. They made me feel very comfortable in making any decisions and gave me plenty of advice when I was struggling with the design. Nothing was too much of an ask when it came to the fine tweaking towards the end of the design process. I had brilliant communication with Natalie throughout and always felt like I knew where we were up to in the process. Natalie was also very helpful with all of the options to do with the ring such as stone choices, explaining very clearly what all of the different grading symbols meant, making sure I got the best possible stones for my budget. The finished product that arrived to me, exceeded my expectations massively. I feel like I have bought a ring that is worth a considerable amount more than what I have actually paid.
