Every aspect was outstanding. My partner and I worked with Faye at Durham Rose on designing and making my engagement ring. It was a truly wonderful experience. Faye grasped exactly the ideas I had in my head and guided me through it, I felt confident asking for her input and knowledge when I was unsure about certain design ideas I had. It was so much fun having the consultation and designing the ring, with the program they use you get such a clear picture of how the piece of jewellery will look at the end. Faye was always on hand whenever I wanted to contact her and I felt like she really cared and was like a friend. We were never pushed to spend more money than we wanted to, our design was created all within budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough, we can't wait to work with them again in the future on our wedding rings. I would fully urge anyone reading this review to book a consultation, we never felt any obligation after ours, we weren't bombarded with calls or emails pressing us to go ahead and part with money, we wanted to carry on the process of our own accord. It isn't just the design process and Faye that was faultless, the quality of the finished piece of jewellery is also exceptional and even the presentation. We are excited to receive our album of the making of our ring, which will include a photo from our engagement, such a lovely thing to have.
