Return Procedure
For your Bespoke Piece…
Steps to follow for In-House Drop-Off;
- Prior to your visit, please contact your designer to arrange a convenient day and time for the drop-off.
- To ensure the safety of your jewellery during transportation, we recommend either utilising the original box it was delivered in or wearing it.
- If you require someone else to drop off the ring on your behalf, please ensure to email all the necessary contact details to your designer.
- To streamline the process and save time during your visit to the studio, kindly complete the form below with your details.

Via Stratford Train Station
Exit the Underground Station at Stratford following signs for the Westfield exit
Turn slightly to the right and head towards the pedestrian crossing behind the station sign. Then walk across the street from the traffic lights over the Bus Stop X
Board the Free Here East Bus (they come in Orange, Blue, Green and Black)
Leave the bus and turn left to face the three Here East Buildings. Stay on the Left Hand Side and walk down the following grey and yellow building
Enter the building that has ‘Here East’/ ‘Press Centre’ in yellow through the automatic doors
Via Car Park
Drivers can enter the parking structure on the East Way Road, London E9
After parking, make your way down the stairs and leave through one of the exits (A–D)
After you leave, turn slightly to your right and walk towards the Here East building
