For your Bespoke Piece…
Steps to Follow for Sending in Jewellery via Royal Mail;
- Ensure the secure packaging of your parcel to provide protection during transit. We recommend placing the ring inside the original ring box and then putting it in a padded envelope for additional safety. Pack the jewellery carefully to prevent any movement or rattling that could cause unnecessary damage.
- To enhance the security of your parcel, it is advised to place it in a tamper-proof bag. Royal Mail offers free tamper-proof bags that are specifically designed for this purpose.
- Choose Royal Mail’s special delivery service and opt for the £2,500 compensation option. The cost of this service will vary depending on the weight of the parcel, typically ranging from £8 to £9.
- Please avoid selecting Saturday delivery or pre-9 am service, as Royal Mail does not provide parcel delivery on weekends or before 9 am.

Note: Our insurance will be invalid if this condition is not met.
When visiting the Post Office, they may inquire about the contents of your parcel. There is no need to worry, simple inform them that the contents are jewellery. This inquiry is a standard precautionary measure to ensure that no hazardous items, such as flammable or explosive products, are being sent. Please be aware that this return method is suitable for packages valued at £15,000 or less. If your item exceeds this value, your designer will provide you with additional instruction.
