Durham Rose have been shortlisted for the prodigious Retailer of the Year prize at The National Association of Jewellers (NAJ) annual awards ceremony. The bespoke ring design company made famous by featuring on the BBC’s Dragon’s Den, have been recognised for another impressive year, which has seen them successfully rebrand (from original name Hot Pink) as part of a long term development plan.
Founder Manu Bhardwaj stated after receiving the nomination, ‘We’re really proud to be nominated and it’s wonderful recognition for everyone who has been working so hard in what’s been another exciting year.’ ‘We always say we pride ourselves on combining the latest technology in ring design with traditional customer service values, so it’s lovely to hear this approach continues to be appreciated.’
‘It’s a competitive market place so to even be nominated feels like a great success. But of course, like everyone else, we’d love to win.’
