The process was very straight forward and more than happy with the ring. I had a good idea of what I wanted, and Melissa was fantastic with bringing that to life. Melissa was prompt to respond and make any changes I requested. I think I began to get very picky and was unsure how the final product would look in comparison to the cad images. However, Melissa assured me of any concerns I had. My fiancé loved the ring and the fact it is bespoke. Overall a very good experience, very reasonable price for a bespoke service and ring was better than expected.
