Returns
Completely Bespoke, Never ‘In Stock’
Due to the fact that each ring we create is completely bespoke and one-off we are unfortunately not able to offer a returns service. Our rings are commissioned to meet personal specifications which results in us not being able to reuse or resell the item. However, we work extremely closely with each client to ensure that every element of their design is correct before the design sign-off.
Here at Durham Rose we appreciate that it’s sometimes hard to visualise something purely from images, without seeing a physical representation that you can hold within your own hands. This is why we created our ‘Try Before You Buy’ options.
What About Defects and Repairs?
The rings themselves come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, which covers any potential mechanical defect which could occur. We at Durham Rose also offer a free ring resizing service to correct any ring fitting issues.
What Are My Rights?
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by the returns policy or the terms and conditions of sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
