Referral Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this promotion. Claim instructions form part of the terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.
Referring a friend is a great way to tell others about Durham Rose. As with all promotions, there are a few rules so everyone plays fair. Here they are:
The Durham Rose “Refer-a-Friend Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by Faster Better Cheaper Thinking Limited of 4 Forest Drive, Theydon Bois, Essex, CM16 7EY, a registered company in England and Wales (Company Number 7185447) (the “Company”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.
1. The Promotion is open to all EU and USA residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of FBC Thinking, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. FBC Thinking reserves the right to verify the eligibility of users. FBC Thinking may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and prizes may be withheld until and unless FBC Thinking is satisfied with the verification.
2. The promotion runs from 24th November 2020 and continues until 28th February 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. For every friend you refer (new customer to FBC Thinking and who makes a purchase) you will receive a £100 amazon electronic gift voucher. You will receive each gift voucher within four weeks of a completed qualifying purchase provided the referred friend’s purchase is not cancelled. This promotion cannot be used against sale items or be used in conjunction with any other promotion. A “Qualifying Purchase” is the purchase of a bespoke piece of jewellery over £1400 GBP ex. VAT.
4. Every friend that you refer will receive a £100 discount (including VAT. One use per customer. Cannot be used against sale items or be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
5. FBC Thinking will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.
6. FBC Thinking reserves the right to substitute any reward for an alternative of similar value. None of the prizes are transferable.
7. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more Prizes than are available, FBC Thinking reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of any rewards; and/or to allocate the available rewards by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated rewards.
8. The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with the promotion and it is a condition of entry that the winners agree to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.
9. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. FBC Thinking will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.
10. FBC Thinking reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
11. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter or Facebook or any other form of social media. By entering this Promotion, Users are providing information to FBC Thinking and not to Twitter or Facebook and agree to release Twitter and Facebook from any liability associated with the Promotion.
12. In the case of a purchaser having multiple referral links, the code used with the earliest creation date will take precedence. Only one referral can be used per qualifying purchase.
13. The Offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
14. Anyone can participate by registering their name and email address on the durhamrose.com website. Upon registration you will become a referrer (“Referrer/s”) and will be given a unique referral code to share with friends and family who are not already Durham Rose customers (“Friends”) and who are happy to receive the link from you.
14. Friends must use the link to register their details and make a Qualifying Purchase with Durham Rose.
