Bespoke Blue diamond engagement ringWe couldn't be happier with our engagement ring. The entire process was a pleasure... I spoke to Faye, our advisor over the phone and had a web consultation. She was able to talk me through my choices and instantly play with designs I could see over a weblink. Faye was brilliant, she fed into our excitement and seemed genuinely pleased and equally excited for us. She was able to work within our budget and clarify details and any questions we had. The workshop fulfilled the design and the whole process was quick and simple. There was excellent communication all the way and a very human and friendly service. Our final ring is gorgeous and everything we wanted. It is fantastic to have a bespoke ring that is unlike any other, especially as we wanted something quite different... so thank you!
