I had been looking for some time for a jewellers that could deliver a bespoke solution for a brown (chocolate) diamond halo ring that I was purchasing for my wife for Christmas. Not something easily found in the many high street jewellers. Eventually I stumbled on Durham Rose and decided that this may be the jewellers that could provide the solution I was looking for. From the moment I contacted them I had that feeling that I had come to the right place. I discussed what my requirements were and nothing seemed a problem or obstacle. Natalie guided me through the process and after several weeks Durham Rose produced the very ring I was looking for. Even last minute changes on my part were dealt with efficiently with a 'no problem' attitude. The ring is fantastic and I'm sure my wife will be delighted with the results. I certainly picked a winner when I found Durham Rose and will certainly be using them again in the future. They are a first class jewellers and it has been a pleasure to purchase from them.
